Free VON SMART Exercise Class for Seniors - Plattsville Arena

Staying active is an important part of remaining healthy and independent as we age.
SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together)® exercise and fall prevention classes help improve strength, balance and flexibility while reducing both social isolation and hospital visits related to falls. These gentle yet progressive classes are led by fitness instructors and/or volunteers who receive specialized training. Classes are free and any needed equipment is provided.
Where: Plattsville Lions Hall at Plattsville Arena, 68 Mill St. E. Plattsville
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 am to 10:00 am (excluding statutory holidays) Beginning November 4th.
