Permits
The Township requires permits for certain public works endeavours:
- Permit for buried lines along Township Right of Ways
- Right of Way Permit Requirements
- Application for Entrance on Road Allowances - Rural
- Application for Entrance on Road Allowances - Urban
The Township of Blandford-Blenheim passes a By-law to provide for the adoption of user fee rates for various township activities and services for each calendar year. In addition, the Township imposes a development charge upon the development of any land within the municipality to assist with the costs of growth-related capital projects.

Building permit fees are calculated depending on the type of construction and size of building. In addition to permit fees, additional fees might apply such as Township and County Development Charges, county development charges, septic permit fees, deposits, etc.
