Long-Term Closure – Bridge 24 (Township Road 12)

The Township of Blandford-Blenheim advises residents that Bridge 24 on Township Road 12 is now closed to traffic on a long-term basis.

Following a recent assessment by the Township’s consulting engineers, the bridge has been identified as having structural integrity concerns and can no longer be safely used. Preliminary remedial works are currently underway, and road closure signage has been installed at the bridge location, and the closure is now in effect.

Motorists and pedestrians are required to observe all posted signage and use alternate routes. This closure has been implemented in the interest of public safety.
