The Township of Blandford-Blenheim is inviting proposals from qualified and licensed real estate brokerages to provide professional realtor services for the listing and sale of the former Fire Station 81 property, located at 67 Main Street South, Princeton, Ontario (N0J 1V0).

As construction of the Township’s new Fire Station (81) in Princeton nears completion, the existing fire hall has been declared surplus to municipal needs. The Township is seeking an experienced Realtor to manage the marketing, listing, and sale of the property on its behalf.

•    Municipally owned fire station
•    Address: 67 Main Street South, Princeton, ON
•    Approximate land area: 1,415.72 m²
•    Zoning: Institutional (to be reviewed with the successful proponent)
•    Current status: Vacant
•    Anticipated listing timeline: Q1–Q2 2026

Scope of Services:
The successful proponent will be responsible for providing professional real estate services, including but not limited to:
•    Preparation of a recommended listing price based on a Comparative Market Analysis
•    Development and implementation of a marketing strategy, including MLS listing and digital promotion
•    Coordination of property showings
•    Negotiation support and presentation of offers to the Township
•    Preparation of required documentation and ongoing coordination with Township staff throughout the sale process
