Upcoming Council Meeting – October 15, 2025

The Township of Blandford-Blenheim will hold its next Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Township Council Chambers. Residents can also watch the meeting live on the Township’s YouTube channel.

This meeting begins with a Capital Projects Road Tour through Princeton, Drumbo, and Plattsville to review key Township facilities and infrastructure. Council and staff will return to Chambers for the regular Council meeting at 4:00 p.m.

This meeting’s agenda includes several key items of community interest, such as:

Planning Applications:
Council will consider a Minor Variance application for an additional residential unit on Township Road 4, as well as a Zone Change application for 5183 Trussler Road (1909 Culinary Academy Ltd.) to permit a single detached dwelling.

Community Services:
Staff will present a report on the planning and development of new Adult and Youth Drop-In Centre programming, in partnership with local schools, volunteers, and community groups.

Public Works & Infrastructure:
Council will review updates on fire apparatus delivery, monthly building activity, and a Public Works report on the Township’s franchise agreement with Sedum Master Inc.

Facilities & Assets:
Council will consider an asset naming request for the Plattsville Pavilion from the Plattsville & District Lions Club.
