Richwood Hall
The 1,200 square foot hall, located at 767415 Township Road 5, is a single-part facility with accessible washrooms. This facility includes a fridge, stove and counter space with a sink. The facility is open from May 16th to December 31st, closing for the Winter Season, January 1st to May 15th due to lack of parking or paved driveway.
Events at Richwood Hall
If you plan to have alcohol consumption at your event, you must follow the Municipal Alcohol Policy. This involves obtaining a Special Occasion Permit and purchasing party alcohol liability insurance with coverage no less than $2 million for the event, naming the Township as additional insured. This Municipal Rental Agreement must be filled out and you must have a copy of your special occasions permit and insurance certificate at your event.
